Comprehensive Birth and Postpartum Services
Finding the help you need can be an overwhelming process and we're here to help. Located in Austin, Texas and serving the surrounding community, we offer birth doula and postpartum doula services, childbirth classes, parenting prep classes, and pediatric sleep consulting. We have a team of birth doulas and postpartum doulas, childbirth educators, sleep consultants, and even a lactation counselor for you to choose from. Our Mission
Empowered Beginnings focuses on preparing families from conception through the first years after birth. We do not empower you - you empower yourselves. We help families feel supported through their pregnancy and birth with childbirth classes and birth doula support. We support families through their postpartum period by providing postpartum doula support, postpartum prep classes, pediatric sleep consulting and lactation counseling services. Our Empowered Team continues to expand our education to provide families with an up-to-date, comprehensive education and experience.

Being sleep deprived doesn't have to be your norm after having a baby! We are here to help, whether you just brought home a newborn or you have a three-year-old who won't seem to stay in their bed. We offer personalize sleep plans you can feel good about and support you through the first couple of weeks of implementation.

Breastfeeding is natural, but that doesn’t mean it comes naturally or easily to everyone. Through education, expert support, and confidence building techniques, we can help every parent feel prepared to achieve their goals.
Who do we serve?
Everyone! We do not discriminate based on gender, sex, race, etc. We serve people choosing medicated or unmedicated birth at a birth center, hospital, or their home. We would be honored to serve you and we're prepared to adjust our services to your specific needs.

The next HypnoBirthing group class series begins Tuesday, April 15, 2025. Please contact us for more details. The following series begins Tuesday, June 3, 2025 Every group series will have the option for in person or virtual attendance.
Private, in person classes are available to those in Austin and the surrounding area. Space is currently limited due to high demand. Please contact us to discuss scheduling. Travel fee may apply depending on distance from the instructor.
