  After a pregnancy that was full of fear and anxiety all I can say is that I wish I had known Ciarra Morgan from the start. Knowing I was going to be induced was one of the biggest triggers for me because it was not how my first labor and delivery went, and I just kept convincing myself something would go wrong. Ciarra held my hand during my labor and extinguished fears that had been playing on repeat in my mind for months. Ciarra knows every technique to make labor more comfortable and tolerable. She has the most positive demeanor and is just absolutely the most calming presence to be around. I will always be grateful to have had her by my side because with her help the birth of my daughter went better than I ever thought it could have.  

 Ciarra was incredibly supportive to my wife and me during, before, and the birth of our daughter. We truly felt empowered! She is professional, kind, loving, and passionate about being a Doula and helping people bring their little ones into the world in a healthy, happy, and informed way. She's the best!  

 Ciarra was amazing, she dropped everything she was doing for a last minute notice to help my wife and I. We were super blessed she was there with us for this moment. Thank you again ❤  

 I was SO blessed to have Ciarra at Empowered Beginnings ATX as my doula. My birth plan didn’t go at all as planned, and her presence calmed and reassured me that everything would be alright. She advocated for me and kept me educated about everything that was happening to me. The massages and aromatherapy were the icing on the cake to her amazing energy. I don’t know what I would have done with out her there. I am so happy she was my doula. 

  Ciarra is by far the kindest woman I have experienced in help with being a first time Mommy! i found her late in my pregnancy, as i was past due and scared of induction. she was nothing short of being the best help i could have asked for. so full of information and knowledge. any question i had she was quick to respond and actually go into depth and detail about all subjects. she was always sure to check in on me amd make sure everything was good and i didn't need anything or was left in the dark about any matter. by far the luckiest girl to have found her!

She tailors her education to the specific needs of each client to ensure she is empowering the woman and her family through the extraordinary journey of pregnancy and childbirth. Ciarra provides the necessary education and skills to prepare pregnant women for the delivery of their child. She is actively engaged with her clients and available day and night to be present as a Birth Doula. Ciarra acts as an advocate for a memorable and empowering birth experience. I recommend all of her services, including childbirth education and Birth Doula. Ciarra will ease your fears and surround you with love!
