Doulas that provide postpartum support are listed below. Some of them are also listed under the Birth Doula tab because they provide both birth and postpartum services. Read about each of them and feel free to interview as many as you'd like. Availability varies and tends to book out several months in advance.

Hi, I’m Jes! I’m a Birth & Postpartum Doula, Pediatric Sleep Consultant, Newborn Care Educator, and mom to two teenage daughters. My love for babies and new parenthood grew straight out of my own journey into motherhood and all the beautiful, messy transformation that comes with it. Being a parent has been my favorite role in life. I’ve learned so much from my daughters, and their love inspires me to nurture families with care, patience, and a little humor!
Postpartum care is where my heart truly lives. I love helping families find their rhythm, build confidence, and settle into life with a new baby in ways that feel supportive, realistic, and centered on them. I bring a confident, judgment-free presence and a practical, down-to-earth approach, whether that means answering all the questions, offering reassurance, or jumping in to help however I can.
My experience as a pediatric sleep consultant adds meaningful depth to my postpartum work and allows me to offer deeper, more informed support. I love helping parents understand infant sleep, newborn rhythms, and realistic expectations that truly support rest, recovery, and emotional wellbeing.
I’m deeply passionate about parental mental health and raising awareness around postpartum mood and anxiety disorders. It’s an honor to nurture families through both the tender and challenging moments of early parenthood.
Whether this is your first baby or your next baby, I’m here to support you - steadily, compassionately, and with a little laughter along the way!

Hello! I'm Kim and I am a birth and postpartum doula. I am a wife and a mother to three living children and one angel baby. I understand the depths of love, loss and healing. I provide compassionate, personalized support to families of all backgrounds through their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journeys. My heart is in walking alongside mothers, especially those who’ve experienced loss, creating a safe, nurturing space where we honor their journey and celebrate every step of their story together. I am also passionate about holding space as a BIPOC doula for those seeking representation in their journey. My mission is to ensure every family feels seen, valued, and supported, fostering a sense of community, love, resilience, and hope.

Howdy! My name is Emili, and I am a birth and postpartum doula. I have always been passionate about women's health, but it wasn’t until I had the honor of helping with my best friend's pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey that I knew birth was the place for me. I have also been supporting families as a nanny for a few years.
I love helping families adjust to their new babies. Seeing parents become more confident in their skills is one of my favorite things. I lean a little crunchy so I like to offer natural alternatives to things first, but I also think every family is different. Any informed decision you make for your family is the right decision. With a background in mental health, I think nothing is more important than protecting the mental health of new parents. I strongly value the sacred space around the birth and postpartum period and I would be so honored to be a part of your journey.
