  I am a Postpartum Doula and the mother of two daughters. I have always loved children, especially babies! Birth and Postpartum have been a passion of mine since the moment I felt the empowering energy that giving birth and motherhood brings. I love helping families come into their own and find their way through the early sacred days of parenthood. I feel passionate about bringing awareness to postpartum mood disorders and helping new moms and their loved ones navigate those rough waters. I would love to help you in building your support system for motherhood.  

I've always considered myself "birth obsessed".  Constantly absorbing pregnancy, labor and postpartum knowledge. This birth world is deep in my blood and bones. Want to talk about birth stories, best herbal sitz baths, and how to give a soothing first bath to your newborn? I'm your gal! 

It was no surprise when I found myself called to birth work through being a certified birth and postpartum doula. No matter where you are on your parenting journey, we all are looking for support and guidance. I truly love encouraging parents to tap into their own instinct and finding their confidence as they nurture their unique children.

I am a mother to 4 wildly individual personalities that continue to teach me so many valuable life lessons. I love exploring the mountains of Lake Tahoe with my family and preserving life's memories through photography.
